Part of living a mentally healthy life is having someone to vent to on a regular basis who is non judgmental but wants better for you. I work with general mental illness including: ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, OCD, Spiritual Issues, Men's Issues, pornography and sexual addictions, and doing various problem solving in my client's lives. My long time work has been with pornography, sex and love addiction and helping people find recovery and long term sobriety. I am currently a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) Candidate working towards full fledged licensure at the end of this year. In addition to working with sexual issues I've also been working with OCD the last three years and have helped a number of clients explore what it means to live an active and happy life with this disorder. OCD wants to rob people of everything enjoyable in life and I want to actively help you get your life back! I also offer therapy and testing for ADHD which involves a complex battery of assessments designed to help people better understand their brain and how it might be affected by issues with focus and memory. I have my Masters in Counseling and my Masters in Religion from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. I also have a Bachelors in Psychology from Gordon College. Faith is a very important aspect of my life; however, I do not bring this topic into sessions unless clients wish to talk about it. I am an open book and always welcome any and all conversations about everything! The office currently does not accept insurance; however, a Superbill with an itemized list of services provided can be issued for clients to self-file to their insurance provider for reimbursement. In my non-work related life my wife and I just recently welcomed our daughter Lucy into the family this past February 2025, it has been a wonderful roller coast ride for us! Aside from our growing family I'm an avid golfer and when I can an active fisherman as well. I also enjoy the hobby of going to car shows and looking at antique cars I can't afford. My wife and I are both introverted and prefer to recharge on weekends reading good books, playing board games, and spending time in nature.
